Shake your booty call

It’s 1AM, your cell is ringing and you just know who it is.  “Baby I miss you, can I come over?”  You know you should block his number but it is a little flattering to have a guy want you so much.

Is it?  Really?  I have a nasty little secret for you – he’s calling you because he struck out with his date/all the women at the bar and he’s looking for a sure thing.  Do you really want to be someone’s foregone conclusion?  Think about it – he’s walking around thinking he can shtup you whenever he wants and he doesn’t have to spend a dime or pay you any attention; you are just there for the taking.  Shouldn’t you place a greater value on yourself?

So now, before you even think about it – block his number (including texts).  Not sure how to do it?  Call your provider and ask.  Still can’t do it yourself?  Go into the store and have them do it for you.

If he still contacts you, tell him not to contact you any more or you’ll contact the police.  It sounds harsh but it gets the point across.  Do NOT give him a reason because this will only do one of two things:

  1. He’ll take it as a challenge.
  2. He’ll try to argue you out of your decision.

Not sure if it’s a booty call?  Read tomorrow’s blog.

Sounds all too familiar!! Shameful feelings.

Shake off the shame! The important thing is that you’ve gotten yourself out of the situation and you won’t be going there again.
