It’s a lifestyle, not a diet.

Time to put down the twinkies.  I know, you didn’t sign up for a health and fitness blog but this *is* part of getting a man.  How is that even possible?  Simple – men are attracted to healthy women.  It’s biological.

Since men rarely take Vogue to the bathroom with them, you may want to consider what type of media they do prefer and what those girls look like – curvy.  Contrary to what fashion magazines will tell you, most men aren’t looking for a size 00.  They don’t to spend $25 on a salad for you to munch on nor do they want to hear you endlessly drone on about how hungry you are.  What they do want is a woman with glowing skin, sparkling eyes and a .07 waist/hip ratio.

I’m starting here because this is one of the easiest things to correct and the one that has the longest to wait for results.  I don’t want you going on a diet, I want you to change your lifestyle.  Stop hitting the fast food, swap out water for soda and go for a 30 minute walk each day.  This won’t get you to your goal but it will be a good start.
